Mindray Italy achieves 2-star+ rating from the Italian Competition Authority

\r\n"}}" id="text-d9624122f1" class="8f00b2 cmp-text">Mindray Italy has received a 2-star+ legality rating from the Italian Competition Authority, “Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato” (AGCM), for the strength of its compliance framework.
The rating certifies the degree of legal compliance of organisations conducting business in Italy. Ratings range from 1 star to a maximum of 3 stars.

Mindray Italy is now among a selected group of medical device suppliers who have secured this accolade.

The assessment is largely conducted in the following areas:
\r\n- \r\n
- Absence of criminal convictions and competition/health & safety at work/tax penalties \r\n
- Traceability of payments \r\n
- Legislative Decree 231/2001 which establishes separate corporate liability for companies for certain criminal offences. \r\n
The legality rating is on a voluntary basis and businesses must apply directly to the AGCM which is an independent administrative authority in Italy, enforcing competition and consumer protection laws.
